This SMS program is operated by The Library LLC d/b/a The Library Historic Hotel, a historic boutique hotel located in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Upon opting in, you may receive text messages regarding:

• Reservation confirmations and reminders

• Responses to your inquiries or questions

• Promotional offers, special events, and hotel news

• Employment-related follow-ups if you have applied for a position

• General information about the hotel and its services

2. How to Opt In

You may opt into our SMS program by:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website or advertisement

• Texting our business number and requesting information

• Submitting a contact or reservation inquiry form

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month. Actual message frequency will vary based on your reservation activity, inquiries, and promotional campaigns. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent from you to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again through our website or submit a new consent form, and we will resume sending messages to you.

• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content
